Hi,
I have purchased FMM may 5, without being able to install it since Serial Number is missing. I tried the Click Bank receipt code, without success.
I mailed FMM 4 times, without answer. Does anybody know how to get this damn Serial number?

After installing, I made $278 dollars profit with 5,000 demo account. After that, there have not been any active to now, May 27th. What’s wrong? I sent email and have not received reply yet for two weeks.

The ClickBank number does not work on the Magic Machine. You were given the serial number at the time you purchased the robot. At this time the only way to recover your serial number is to go to magicmachinesupport@gmail.com and give them your ClickBank number, explaining you lost your serial number; unless of course you can backtrack your computer into the page where you purchased your robot. This is unlikely however.

Okay, there are several posibilities. Since you did get your robot running at least once. I assume you downloaded it and set it up properly on the EUR/USD chart. If you are not on the EUR/USD chart, then set up a EUR/USD chart on the 1 hour time frame and drag and drop another robot onto it and set up the robot’s properties page. I assume you set the robot up on the 1 hour chart, which is the default. If your chart is not on the 1 hour time frame, then set the chart to the 1 hour time frame. That might correct your problem. If not then check and see that you have a smiley face in the upper right corner of your chart. If you have a face with an x in it, check at the top of your MetaTrader4 page. There is a button called “Experts”. This button should have a green light. If the light is red, click on the button and turn the light green. If this did not fix it, then left click on the smiley face to bring up the robot’s properties page. Click on the common tab to open the common window. Double check the boxes there to be sure the four boxes which activate the robot all have a check mark in them, to wit: Enable alerts, Allow live trading, Allow DLL imports, and Allow import of external experts. If everything so far is okay and you have not found the problem, then click on the imputs tab and double-check your serial number digit by digit to make sure you copied it correctly into the robot’s properties page. If this still does not activate your robot, try shutting down your MT4 trade station, and run the setup program again to resetup your robot. Reactivate your MT4 trade station. Then go to your chart with the robot. Left click on the smiley face, opening another window. Click on remove expert. Then drag a new robot over and drop it on your chart and set the robot’s properties page, making sure your chart is set on the 1 hour time frame. If your robot still does not trade then set up 3 more
EUR/USD charts, one on 5 minutes, one on 15 minutes and one on 30 minutes time frame. Drag and drop a robot onto each of these charts and set the robots’ properties pages. If you are trading live, divide up you lot size 4 ways between the 4 robots. Set the lot sizes slightly different for each robot; so that you can see which robot is trading. This will show up on your MT4 screen where it says size. If none of this corrects your problem, get back to me and also go to magicmachinesupport@gmail.com.

Oops, yesterday I suggested checking to make sure the serial number was correct on the Magic Money robot’s properties page. I was mixed up with Fapturbo. Magic Money’s serial number is only used to unzip the download file. However, don’t loose the serial number. You will need it to unzip the file the next time we get an updated version of Magic Money.
