It is the best solution for those who want to trade the Forex market with the help of sophisticated software and little human intervention.
Forex MegaDroid has been designed such that the user needs absolutely no experience or knowledge of Forex trading – a “Plug & Play” concept.
The robot is the only product of its kind currently on the market boasting such accuracy: 95.82% winners since 2001
Now, I know these claims may seam too good to be true but they are.
Let’s take a closer look at the product and its creators.
The Creators of Forex Megadroid
This Robot was created by John Grace and Albert Perrie. Both very experienced forex marketers with a combined in-field experience of 38 years.
They have actually held very important positions in the Forex industry, mostly in currency trading rooms of commercial banks.
After leaving their day jobs, their sole mission in life has been to revolutionize the Forex industry… to create something never seen before.
And they have certainly done that by creating the forex megadroid robot.
How Does The Robot Work?
The forex Megadroid robot is RCTPA driven.
RCTPA stands for Reverse Correlated Time & Price Analysis.
It is the first robot that uses this new RCTPA Intelligence technology and strategy that places trades looking into the future with accuracy rather than into the past with hope (like all current robots do).
By creating this RCTPA technology, Albert and John have proven that IT IS possible to see into the immediate future with unheard of accuracy… they proved that anything and everything done in Forex until today is “the PAST”.
Ease & Speed of Use
Everything has been taken care of for the you.
Once you get access to the forex megadroid you’ll be up and running in just minutes.
The creators have included a pre-configured copy of MetaTrader in the download area with Forex MegaDroid already installed, allowing you to start trading the robot on a demo account with the minimum of fuss.

Hi Philippe,
You were lucky Thursday night. I gotten beaten up with 2 big losses.
The 5 minute chart should increase the number of trades over using the 15 minute chart; but it might also increase risk. As to lot size: It should not increase or decrease the number of trades.
In looking for the trend, besides using the Bolinger bands set at (12), I also watch the 50, 100, and 200 simple moving average lines; since these lines are important to the big investment traders. (Some of them are so simple minded, that is all they go by when trading). I also, bring up the daily and weekly charts and check the long-term trend.
Also I study the candle sticks. Naturally if I see a hangman or a doji shooting star with a long upward spike, or especially a death star (a shooting star above the upper Bollinger band) I suspect the trend is going to reverse and go down. If the trend is downward and I see it leveling out with a hammer candle stick, I suspect the trend is going to reverse and go up. Nevertheless, picking trends is tricky business. If I were really good at it, I would be rich (wouldn’t we all).
Best of Luck!
Thanks jerrycollie!
Nothing for Tuesday. I’ve got two robots running. I wanted to take your suggestion and use a 15 min chart and the other robot is on the 1 hour chart.
I’ll adjust the long/short button according to the trend direction and see what happens.
Peace out.
Today 5/26 (TUES) I had a Sell @ 1:02 account at PFG Best and also at MBT the trade is losing around $5
Last night tuesday evening a nice trade sell at 1.3993 closed for +15 Pips
I am thinking that some now will of thought the trend looked upwards and may of missed thsi easy trade.
Lateef.. I am not sure what you are using the price never went anywhere near 1;02?
HI Jerrycollie,
I know we haven’t chatted before but I wanted to give you a big thank you.
I noticed that since the release of version 1.11 that Megadroid seems to be only trading 3 days a week (Tues,Wednes and Thurs evenings (in UK)). Sunday and Monday trades have vanished – vamooto – kaput!
So in order to try to get a little more action I tried your recommendation of cutting 3 timecharts.
I ran H1, M30 and M15, divided my lots up accordingly but left all other settings the same.
Last night I picked up the same trade as Phil and made 15 pips, but on the M30 chart.
If I had only H1 it would have missed it. Don’t know why.
Just glad to have successfully increased my options.
Cheers buddy,
Happy trading.
Calvin
PS. I still have not had one losing trade since I bought this on the first release date. Coolio!
Hi Phil
1:02 was the time it traded and closed the trade with a 15 pip profit. I also have a demo with forexmeta which totally missed the trade.
Hi Calvinxs,
I don’t have access to the robot’s code; nevertheless, the robot has to make its decisions based on the chart it is set on. MT4 does not update a chart unless it is active (on the screen). So if the only chart you have active is the 1 hour chart; then the robot is getting its info from its 1 hour chart and does not see what is happening in shorter periods.
Obviously in your case the robot liked what it saw on the 30 minute chart; but its brothers on 15 min and 1 hour did not see anything they liked. I find with other robots, the 5 minute chart is usually the most active; but I recommend the 15 minute chart.
I my case I missed the whole trade even though I had robots on charts 1 minute thru daily (7 robots). The trend was up and I had set the trend button (Long/Short) to Long only; in order to avoid another big loss like I have had for the last 2 weeks; and like Lateef just reported.
Meanwhile I am also running Forex Maestro, a very active robot which trades all day, 24/5. Maestro scalps for 26 pips with a whopping 300 pip stop loss. Better set your trend button on this robot for sure! We have a Maestro forum thread running here on review2bonus.com; in case any of you are also running Maestro.
Best of luck to you all as we will soon see what Megadroid does today on Wednesday night.
No trades for me last night.
No trades for me last night either (in UK)
FXCM 1 trade Sell 1.3827 + 10 Pips
ALPARI did 2 trades almost at the same time maybe an S1 and an s2
1.3826 +10
1.3827 +11
Not sure why it instantaneously placed 2 trades..
No Trades for me with MD.
No trades for 2 days now, looks like all the hype is over for the MD, Very disappointing results so far.
Hi everyone,
Nada for me too with Megadroid.
Maestro was a very busy little robot yesterday trading live on IBFX on the 5 min, 15 min and 30 minute time frames all day long. With all of its trades, it makes me cringe to think of my losses if it ever hits a hard stop. Maestro trades on any pair; but probably does best on EUR/USD; because of the low spread.
I set up Magic Money last night live on IBFX; but it did not trade yet. Maybe I set it too conservatively. Instructions are to run it on the 1 hour time frame on EUR/USD. If it doesn’t do anything, maybe I will drop it on the 5 minute chart.
Good luck for today!
No trades again last night.
I definitely preferred version 1.10 which was trading at least 4 times a week…
but I guess theres a psychlogical element behind this…
The developers are – and have, set this version to be low risk and caution. Whereas I, like many others am a medium-risk kind of guy so I find it a bit frustrating.
No matter how much more risky I try to make the settings it will only trade when it wants to.
It’s kinda like trying to get your young kid to be brave and do something thats new and fun but maybe a little scary the first time. Force it and you have no chance of success (pushy parent),
but softly softly and they’ll get there.
Freud over and out.
Good weekend again fellas.
Calvin
Hi Jerrycollie,
You seem to know al fair bit about MegaDroid. I have a question for you, hoping you can help me. Here is what my broker is writing:
Please note, as part of the switch on Tuesday June 2 and to offer improved accuracy, we will be switching to a 5 decimal system. This means instead of EURUSD quoting 1.3927/1.3929 you may now see 1.39274/1.39287. If you are using an Expert Advisor or other such robot please ensure it is compatible with this pricing system and make the necessary changes.
What changes do you think I would need to apply to MD to continue using it as previously?
Have a good week-end
Jerry,
Did you mean that you are using Magic Machine? I could not find a Forex Magic Money. I read that Magic Machine is a rip off of another free EA.
How long have you been using Maestro?
Have you tried LMT Forex Formula? My demo went well.
I am finally going live next Monday with MD and LMT–yikes!!
Thanks,
Rich
Hi Calvinxs,
Well, if you can up your risk a little above medium, try Forex-Maestro. It will start trading almost before you drop it on a chart.
Hi Philippe,
Megadroid should have no problems trading 5 digits. The problem comes when you set you lot size. So set your lot size low to start with and then bump it up, if it is not right. The other problem is in some robots that have settings for maxium spread, and maxium slippage. So a robot might show a spread of 30 on a 5 digit brokerage, which is equal to a spread of 3 on a 4 digit system. Also, you might find the trades showing on your MT4 screen look 10 times as big as they really are. In short, give it a try; I am sure you can work out the details.
Hi Rich,
Yes, you are right, Magic Machine. So far no magic. I will drop it on 2 charts for next week and cross my fingers.
As for Maestro, trading for 2 weeks now. I ran it the first week on default. My bad! It traded furiously, but to no avail. Last week I set the trend button to go long with the carry trade. Out of almost 100 trades, Maestro won all but 4. Good robot! Here is a doggie bone for you!
Keeping several robots under control is like herding cats; you have to keep them running in the same direction. This leads into my weekend discussion about trends, and the trend button (Long/Short).
As everyone in forex probably knows, forex is driven by the “Carry Trade”. This may sound like we are trading for oriental spices; and it is a good analogy.
Let us say I deposit $1,000 in my trading account. At 200 to 1 leverage, I sell $200,000 worth of Japanese Yen short and use the money to buy long $200,000 worth of Australian Dollars. I hold my trade open for a year. At the end of the year I have paid about $200 in swap for the interest I owe on the $200,000 worth of Yen I sold short; because the Japanese interest rate is about .10% right now. Meanwhile the interbank has paid me about $6,000 in interest (swap)on the Australian Dollars I own; because the Australian interest rate is about 3%. (It shows up in the swap column. Yes, I swapped Yen for Audies). Almost sounds illegal, does it not? It is perfectly legal and it is called the carry trade. In general any trade in which one currency has a significantly higher interest rate than another is a carry trade. You may go long in the carry trade or you may go short.
Since about the middle of March the carry trade has been trending up. EUR/USD is a carry trade and it has been trending up. Be careful; going long does not always equal a carry trade. You need to know the interest rates for the different countries. The interest rates can change about once per month. Also, EUR/GBP is a carry trade, but it is trending down. Watch out if you are trading EUR/GBP because it is in a counter trend!
In order to set the Long/Short trend button on a robot you must know the trend. How do we know the carry trade is up? Look on the daily and weekly charts of the 12 or so carry trade pairs. Note which ones are up and which ones are down. If more of them are up than down, then the carry trade trend is up. In particular look at the extreme 2 pairs AUD/JPY and NZD/JPY. They should both be up, if the carry trade is up.
So I left click on my Megadroid smiley face, click on the common tab, click on Long/Short, and set it to Long only.
But you say you just looked at the 1 hour chart with the robot and the short-term trend is down! What to do? You could set the button to Short only; but I would simply click on the button “Allow live trading” and shut my robot down until the trend reversed and headed up with the long-term carry trade trend. If my existing trades looked like they were going to hit a hard stop, I would close them manually.
Don’t be fooled by trends; they will reverse just after you enter a trade. The price is like a sine wave, up and down. You see it headed up; so you go long just as the price rolls over and drops. How can you tell when the price is rolling over? Well, the price line is curving over. Always set your chart to candlesticks. Candlesticks contain a lot of information missing from line charts. If you see the price curving over and you see a doji or two, and some long spikes sticking up, or dark cloud cover, most likely the price is reversing. The same for bottoms, only in reverse. There are other indications of a top or bottom: There are 2 or 3 prices at the same hight, or at the same bottom. There is the head and shoulders formation and its upside down reverse.
Let us see what happens when we do not set the trend button. The robot trades in either direction hoping to scalp a few pips. If the robot made a mistake and missed his scalp, what happens? Then you are into a trend trade. If the robot traded with the trend, most likely you will win. If the robot traded against the trend, most likely it will hit a hard stop, unless you close it manually.
If you have an American broker, like IBFX, you will find once a trade is made, you cannot open a trade in the opposite direction in the same pair (no hedging rule). The MT4 will reject the trade. So if your robot made a trade against the long-term trend of EUR/USD, all the rest of his trades will be in the same direction, until all trades are closed.
Next subject is diversification: Why do we set our lot size at say 5% instead of 100%? Well, if we went 100% sooner or later we would blow up, although our account might look great for a few trades. So setting lot size at say 5% is one form of diversification; that is we will make several small trades instead of one big one. You can also diversify by setting up more than one Megadroid robot and dividing your lot size between them. Since each robot may make a least slightly different trades, this will also diversify. Better yet, set your multiple robots on different time frames, and the robots will tend to make even more different trades. What else can be done? Well, we can run more than one diffent robot. Especially a robot which trades on pairs other than EUR/USD. Again make sure to divide your lot size amount between all of the robots you have running. Set each lot size slightly different and then you can see in the MT4 screen which robots are trading.
Best of luck to everyone for next week!
Interesting was I the only one who got MD trades on Weds evening?
How did Thursday go anybodY?
I had to switch off my PC Thursday as was away for the weekend.
First live trading ever today…
Megadroid 0 trades
Fapturbo 4 trades, 29 pips
LMT Forex Formula 1 trade, 171 pips
Not a bad first day.
Had another trade monday night sell 1.4246 +10 both on FXCM and AlpariUK
I still think the MD has potential but will continue to montor before going live.
First trade on a Monday night in ages.
11 pips profit.
Lets hope it continues all week.
Zero trades for me all last week and shot another blank for Monday here.
MD shot out like a lion 3 weeks ago and being very lamb-ish since (no gains just losses). Still in the game though.
Another trade Tuesday evening buy 1.43099 +10 pips
It appears to be trading well everyday now.. dont ask me why I have no idea but lets hope it continues
Hi Rich,
I have had some luck with Fapturbo long-term on EUR/USD with the trend switch set to Long only. What were you trading with Fapturbo?
Can you tell us more about LMT?
Second that comment Rich,
Would like to know more about LMT.
I’ve heard that it isn’t fully automated like Mega and Fap
(i.e. one has to watch it to manually trade?)
Appreciate your insight.
My megadroid is not trading for me for the whole night. I’m very disappointed. My account only left $40, is it possible to trade with 0.01 lot? During back test, it shows megadroid EURUSD:dll. calls are not allowed: ‘megadroid.dll’_'activate’
what does that mean?
LMT…1 trade….171 pips????? (grabbing cup of coffee) I’m all ears.
Hook a brotha up!
Hello all,
LMT is off to an amazing start. It is not a robot, but it does send alert signals on the chart. You verify the signal, check additional guidelines and if all is well, place the trade. Works on the daily charts, 11 pairs recommended, maybe 4-10 signals per month, but they are looking for hundreds of pips per trade. The first week, almost every trade was a winner and some with hundreds of pips. My first trade was very successful.
Many are trying the 4 hour charts with this system, and according to the webinars I was logged into, making hundreds if not thousands of pips in less than 2 weeks.
I went live after 1 week of demo (daily charts)and am testing the 4-hour charts. Obviously, the shorter time frame will generally make fewer pips.
Jerry, I am only scalping with Fapturbo, all 4 pairs. I really like my broker, Tradeview Forex. I had 9 trades last night with a slight loss in pips, only because my wife accidentally shut off the computer! I would have been up about 50 pips in 2 days of trading. I am using the version 47 and extra conservative stop losses to try and avoid those big losses. Money management, right?
HJ, You need to enable dll imports in tools options Expert advisor.
Last night I had a trade on FXCM +6 pips on MD
I also tried the M1 setting on AlpariUk, normally I get trades but this time I got zero so going back to 15 min settings
Hi
I think this EA is good, but they should implement the option for us to set the SL. Eg. a SL of 15 or 20 would helped alot. At the moment the SL is around 35.
I think this would increase the overall longtime performance.
Kev
I just downloaded the megadroid. I have 2 questions. Can you have more then one window with different times H1 and m15 for example on the same platform? or do you need seperate accounts. Also, How often does this robot make trades on average?
Thanks
Its Friday morning in UK.
Made 11 pips profit last night.
Was running on H1 chart.
Astonishingly I still have not had a single losing trade since I bought this at release. I’m impressed.
Good end to the week.
Hi HJ,
Yes, you can trade .01
Hi JW,
Set up 3 charts of EUR/USD on your screen. Set one chart to 5 minute time fram. Set second chart to 15 minutes, and third to 30 minutes. Drag and drop a Megadroid robot onto each chart. Each robot has 2 magic reference numbers; so you have 6 magic numbers total. All six magic numbers have to be different.
Expect Megadroid to trade Tues, Weds and Thurs between 21:00 and 23:00 GMT.
Since EUR/USD has been in an up trend; I have my trend switch set to Long only. This of course cuts my number of trades in half; but I think it is safer. To set the trend switch, left click on the smiley face, click on the common tab. Click on the Long/Short button and click on Long only.
calvinxs, how is it possible not to have even one single loss trade since release? if i’m not mistaken, most of us had hit stop loss at 22nd May..
Thank you JerryC
Im about to go Real money with this thing if i can confirm whats being said here!
JW
First trade Logged in at monday 655 EST closed up 36$
Hi Wilson,
It is true I have not had a single losing trade with Megadroid yet.
Over the period we’re discussing, it did a late trade on 19th May (Tuesday) and then I (and a few others) actually spent the rest of the week bitching with frustration because nothing was happening – which I put down down to this new version having conservative settings – and then it kicked back in in the early hours of the 27th (after the Bank holiday weekend).
I don’t know why it didn’t trade that night, but I’m glad it didn’t.
I’m religious about having the system on in time everyday. My lot settings are always proportionate to my account balance, and I keep the recovery mode set to ‘false’ as I think it is unwise to double up on a losing trade.
After that I am either lucky or blessed, lol, but only with this robot. FAPturbo was regulary kicking my behind.
(In fact I would put up my stats but I am embarrassed about the other losing trades from FAP and stupid ones I’ve done myself manually – haha)
(Does anyone know how to show stats just for the trades with a specific robot?)
Its tuesday morning (UK) and I hate waiting from the previous week so here’s to crossing my ‘lucky’ fingers that Mega kicks in for some more action tonight.
Good trading guys.
Hello, i am using investtechfx for my megadroid. it gives me an average of 4-6 trades a day. 3-4 trades during 6:30-9:00GMT and 1-2 trades between 21:00-23:00. The 21-23GMT trades have no losses so far. But the 6:30-9:00 always have one loss per day. Sometimes, the loss is so huge that it wiped out the entire win for the day. I wonder if it has something to do with my settings. Please help. I don’t want to have one loss per day.megadroid says it has 95% accuracy but I think it is only 75 percent with huge loss.
For a 200 mini account, the small wins range from 2-12USD but the losses go as high as 40USD. Risk is 20 percent.
How can I minimize the huge losses? Everyday I always have one loss. Pls. help.
BTW, I am running the megadroid for three weeks now on live account with investtechfx which offers fixed spread of 2 pips on eurusd.
yea calvinxs, lucky you didn’t get that trade, it wiped out half of my earnings
, i’m wondering what broker everyone using? I’m personally using FXDD, and was thinking that it seems like not doing trades like other brokers did.. wondering if anyone having the same thought as me.. Alpari seems not bad.. but still not so sure about these brokers stuff.. correct me if wrong.. Have a nice day!
Hi everyone
Been following this blog for last couple of days and have just loaded megadroid on to demo account. After using some duff EAs hope this one works.
Reading some of the comments here i am looking for a change of fortune.
Sitting back and waiting for the action to begin.
Hi Olly,
I don’t know why your Megadroid is trading between 06:30 and 09:00 GMT. This is not a good time for a scalping robot to trade. A scalper works best during the dark of the night when the currency market is least volatile, in particular between 21:00 and 23:00 GMT.
I suggest you shut your Megadroid off so that you miss the 06:30 to 09:00 trades and turn it back on for the 21:00 to 23:00 trades. To shut your robot off, left click on the smiley face, click on the common tab, click on the box in the lower left corner to remove the check mark and not allow live trading. If you are not running any other robots, you could just click on the Experts button at the top center of the MT4 screen and turn on the small red light. This shuts off all robots until you click on it again and turn on the small green light.
Alternatively, if your loosing trades are all short trades, you could just set the Long/Short trend button to Long only. Again this button is found on the common tab described above.
Another possibility is to simply set the agressive setting to false. This is found in the robot’s properties page which you set up when you first started your robot; again left click on the smiley face.
All robots are created equal; but Calvinxs’ robot is more equal than the rest of them.
Hi again Olly,
It occurs to me that your robot may be trading at 06:30 because it does not have the correct time; so check your GMT offset in your robot’s properties page. If you have AutoGmtOffset true; then the auto GMT may have made a mistake. Set AutoGmtOffset to false. Move up one line and set GmtOffset to the correct offset. Remember the offset is based on the difference between GMT time and your broker’s time. (It has nothing to do with your local time). You can find your broker’s current time in the Market Watch window of your MT4 screen. Find the current GMT time by looking up the GMT time on the Internet.
Hi,
Good night again. Made 10 pips profit – but… it appeared on my M30 chart. I guess it hits the software quicker because it gets more info on this.
Olly,
In my opinion only, your risk is way too high for such a small account. At 20% your account will be wiped out in 5 losses (i.e. 20% x 5 = 100%).
I would be using a 5% risk until account grows some.
Wilson,
I’m using Alpari UK (as I’m in UK).
Chose them for small spreads but also because I live in Uk and know they are regulated by the FSA so if anything happens to them I can get compensated.
(Also if they do something bad to *”!* me around I can sue them through the Financial Ombudsman – haha – yeah I can be as callous as the brokers themselves, but you have to watch your back
)
Hope tonight is a good one for you all!
Calvin
Yeah, Calvinxs is right. 5% is enough risk to take. Hard stops can easily hit 3 in a row; so 5 in a row is possible. Unless you are prepared to write another check to your broker, (like I have had to do on occasions), keep your greed in check.
I had to shut down my robots this week using the little red button; because all my robots got carried away trading last week, especially Maestro, and ran my risk up too high. Then Friday hit me with a big drawdown and a few hard stops as the Dollar trend reversed direction. Monday opened the week with another big dip. Anyway, my trades are slowly clearing up and it looks like I will break even or come out a little ahead by the end of this week.
It seems the “carry trade” will triumph after all.
Ok Jerry ..
Almost one week in. I dont know anything about forex or tradeing but my Bot is up 492$us in 5 tradeing days. What else do i need to know before throwing real money in my account. Im excited but very skeptical. Thinking of putting 2-5k US and running with it.
JW
Thursday morning (UK)
No trades last night.
Boo hoo.
Hi JW,
Your skepticism is well deserved. Megadroid can go for a month or two without a loss; and then bang, bang; you loose 2 times in a row with hard stops at 36 pips and 58 pips.
I suggest you start live with 1K US. Trade only .01 (one micro) at a time. No retail customer has traded Megadroid long enough to be sure it is a winner (with the exception of Calvinxs of course, who is just plain lucky).
Also, the EUR/USD trend is confusing right now. I expect the Euro to win; but one never knows. When you are sure the long-term trend is up, then set the Long/Short button to Long only. If you are sure the long-term trend is down, then set the button to short only. Remember this is Forex; you are swimming with the sharks.
Megadroid traded for me today live on IBFX from
06.11 21:57 to 22:22 GMT winning 10 pips on the 15 minute chart.
Robots on the 5 min and the 30 min charts did not trade.
Friday morning (UK)
No trades last night either.
Only one this week.
Boo hoo waa haa.
Have a good weekend guys.
